Birdhouse Lovers does not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
We allow 24hrs from the date and time of an order placed for cancellations. After 24hrs there are no refunds or cancellations. Once we receive an order, production begins 24hrs later. There are no refunds on any items in our VIP section. VIP order cancellations will be refunded via store credit.
Shipping & Processing Times
All orders take 10-14 business days to process and ship. During new releases orders will take 14-21 business days to process and ship. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We do not offer partial shipping. All orders ship when all items in the order are ready to ship. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Damaged ItemsDamage items must be reported within 3 days after delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and clear photos.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event that this happens please contact your local post master.
We do not combine shipping nor can we add items to an order already placed pending shipping. This results in inaccurate shipping calculations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you receive an item that seems to have a manufacturer defect or flaw beyond the nature of the normal flaws and imperfections of handmade pottery, please reach out to us. Normal flaws and imperfections include pin holes, finger prints from sculpting, slight color fading, slight uneven shaping and sizing.
We will need a photo of the area of concern and we will make sure to resolve the issue as soon as possible. All manufacture defect claims are handled on a case by case basis, and up to our discretion based on photos to approve or deny any replacements (if available) or refund.
